By handling the operation matters after the fixture of the vessel, i.e. preparation of a voyage plan, arrangements for the most suitable bunkering schedule, checking and selecting the most competitive terms for the Disbursement Accounts which apply at each port of call, giving proper instructions to the Master in respect of the Charter Party terms and cargo peculiarities, it avoids eventual traps and finally makes the freight collection.

CHARTERING

Can offer suitable cargoes and undertake Chartering negotiations, is able to secure the best possible protection to owners per the terms and conditions of the CP's signed, can deliver proper voyage instructions to the Owner/Master, can manage and follow up loading/ discharging operations.
